EnCOSS, LLC is a focused entity, providing services related to environmental and utility outsourcing, specializing in the creation of value from non-core assets and services for our industrial clientele. EnCOSS believes that industry is most efficient when focused on the production component of their operation. Whereas EnCOSS is more effective in the design, operation and maintenance of facilities that are our specialty, particularly industrial water, wastewater and related utility systems, and by-product recovery. EnCOSS‘ strength is in the experience of its personnel. The two principals alone have over 60 years of combined experience in industrial water and wastewater, most of which was involved in operations and process & design engineering management. They have represented both sides of the outsourcing equation, as client and service provider.

Industrial Utility Outsourcing Consulting:
EnCOSS can help create a strategic shared vision and develop specifications for outsourcing projects – generating performance metrics that motivate and providing guidance on RFQs, bidding, and contract development (including establishment of communications pathways and contingency plans). We can also assist in the on-going process of managing the service provider relationship.

Industrial Utility Outsourcing:
EnCOSS can provide outsourced systems on a design/build/own/operate or operate and maintain basis. We concentrate on areas in which our technical strengths and experience can be translated into savings and optimized performance for both the client and ourselves over conventional alternatives.

Process Technology:
EnCOSS personnel are available for process engineering development and troubleshooting to our customers. We can provide specialized technology in the areas of dense precipitates / crystallization, fixed film biological treatment and several innovative technologies geared to waste recovery, reduction and recycling in the industrial wastewater field.
